Ways to pay

Choose the way that suits you. Every payment is recorded against your invoice and you get a receipt.

Payment methods

  • UPI

    India

    Pay instantly from any UPI app. Our UPI ID and QR code will be printed on your invoice.

  • Bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)

    India

    Transfer to our current account. Account number and IFSC are printed on your invoice.

  • International wire (SWIFT)

    Available

    Outside India

    Pay in USD, GBP, EUR, AED or AUD as invoiced. SWIFT details are printed on your invoice. Please cover your bank's sending fees.

  • PayPal

    Coming soon

    Worldwide

    Pay by PayPal balance or card through a secure PayPal link on your invoice.

  • Card payments (Stripe)

    Pay by credit or debit card through a secure Stripe checkout link on your invoice.

  • Cheque, demand draft or cash

    In person

    Accepted when we meet you, with a numbered receipt issued on the spot. Cash limits under Indian law apply.

How payment works

  • 1. Use the invoice number

    Put your invoice number in the payment reference so we can match your payment the same day.

  • 2. Send us the proof

    Email the transaction ID, UTR or receipt to billing@consultifyit.com. Partial payments and advances are welcome.

  • 3. Get your receipt

    We record every payment against your invoice and email you a numbered receipt.

Clients with a portal login can see their invoices, payments and statements at any time.

Stay safe

Our bank details never change by email. If you receive a message asking you to pay a different account, call us before paying. For any other way of paying, such as a money transfer service, please ask us first so we can confirm it is allowed for business payments.
